Mrs. Exquisite International Classic 2012


Evelyn was crowned with the title of Mrs. Exquisite International Classic 2012 on September 2, 2012.  Evelyn has worn both National and State titles and is the former America’s Mrs. capturing the national title in June of 2010.  She is also the former Mrs. New Jersey United States 2008 who became a top 12 semi-finalist at Nationals.
Evelyn takes her role to heart, and pumps her positive energy into her platform “Healthy, Happy, and Wise,” a program designed to empower our youth to live heart-healthy, and to encourage students to avoid substance abuse and destructive decisions. She never misses a beat when setting her mission into action as an East Windsor Substance Abuse Commission member and having raised funds for non-profit organizations of over $40,000.  She continues her work this year she has already raised over $25,000 for non-profit organizations, over $16,000 for non-profit organizations for which her pageant sisters support. 

Evelyn founded and volunteers her time as the director of the Miss Next Level Youth Pageant geared toward underprivileged youth who would otherwise not be able to afford the experience where, through her fundraising efforts, has raised over $100,000.00 in prizes.   Due to her efforts, the Next Level Youth Pageant is expanding to surrounding states and Evelyn hopes one day to take this program nationally.   Evelyn has also successfully directed the America’s Miss New Jersey/New York and Pennsylvania Pageants.  Recently, Evelyn was asked to lead a mentoring program for young ladies in the State of New Jersey, a role she gladly accepted.

Evelyn is a certified spokesperson for the American Heart Association.  Evelyn received the Shining Star award for volunteerism, East Windsor Proclamation for volunteerism, Hightstown Spirit Award, Mercer County Freeholder’s Honors Award, East Orange Commendation and was nominated for Woman of the Woman of the Year award and the Governor Jefferson’s Volunteerism Award as well as being invited to audition to become a national spokesperson for the American Heart Association and a VIP guest at their annual gala.  Evelyn recently received her second Certificate of Achievement for her volunteerism for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and was nominated for Oprah Winfrey’s Volunteerism Woman’s Award –a national recognition.  Evelyn’s photo selected, out of millions of submissions, for the Dove Soap’s National Campaign and her photo will be shown around the U.S. during the coming year.

A certified public speaker and longstanding public servant, Evelyn knows the pulse of the people, having served as homeowner’s association President, and having been elected three times to the State of NJ Democratic Committee and has worked closely with her Mayor on the Spotlight East Windsor television show.

Professionally, Evelyn is the Executive of Administration reporting to the CEO & Chairman of the Board and has been an employee of the company for 23 years.

Evelyn and her husband John have been married for 24 years and have a son, Marcus, a recent college graduate embarking on his Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
